Learning the City...

Sir John Soane's Museum.

 The British Museum.

 HUGE columns.

The interiors were amazing and very large-scaled.

 Limestone door on display.

The Parthenon Gallery.

 Downtown area.

 Westminster plaza area.

 Westminster Cathedral.

The sun showed up a little towards the end of the day!

 The detail was astounding.

They obviously did not want people sitting here...

 Prayer rocks.

Prayer candles for the public to light for 50 pence.

 Here they were in white.

The light filtering inside was beautiful.

This picture does not even begin to show how large the cathedral was in person.

I loved the avenues in this area.

Although it is freezing, trees still manage to bloom.

 Westminster Abbey Cathedral.

 Lion statue by the entrance.

Across the street from the cathedral.

Nikka, Kayla, Me, and Lisa.

The whole gang.

Other side of the cathedral.

London tower.

 Across the bridge.

Had to take this...it was the touristy thing to do.
